Every Kanto bed is designed for durability, promising lasting comfort your dog. It is easy to maintain with removable covers and pillows. For fabric-specific care, consult our detailed guide below.
Minor spills or accidents
Promptly blot the area using a clean, damp neutral color cloth.
Gently rubbing is preferable over scrubbing.
Deep cleaning
Remove all the interior pillows from the cover.
Machine wash the interior pillows separately at 60°C degrees.
Tumble dry the pillows on low heat.
Wash the cover based on the specific fabric cover instructions below
Signature Collection bed covers
Machine wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
Wash items separately. Load the machine with one third of the regular amount.
Dry-hanging is recommended, tumble dryer may be used.
Kvadrat bed covers
For the best care, we recommend dry cleaning the covers. Some customers have had success with machine washing using a cold temperature and wool program, but machine performance can vary and thus not recommended.
Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron at medium temperature, max. 150°C.
Kvadrat Travel Mat
Machine wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
Wash items separately. Load the machine with one third of the regular amount.
Dry-hanging is recommended, tumble dryer may be used.
Johanna Gullichsen bed covers
Machine wash at 60°C on a gentle cycle.
Wash items separately.
Drip-dry. Steam iron while damp, max 200°C.
Shrinkage 5-8%.
Deep Cleaning Preparation
Easily unzip the bed covers
Remove pillows
Take all pillows out from the cover.
Easy To Clean
Pillow: Machine Wash at 60C
Cover: Each fabric is different. Follow the care label specific to the fabric.
Reassembly
Insert the clean pillows back into thier individual chambers. Zip the bed cover back up and turn the bed over.
Final Touch
Shake and fluff et voila! your bed is like new.
