How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, we'll let you know the pre-order duration and delivery date on the product page.


We do not separate the shipment of orders, if you have another garment that is not in pre-order in your basket and you are in a hurry, we advise you to place a second order.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping worldwide. Read more about our Shipping Policy.

What couriers do you ship with?

We work with multiple reputable couriers such as DHL, UPS, Posti, and Post Nord.

What size should I order?

We have size charts on all our product pages, so please refer to those when choosing your size.

How should I wash my items?

Please see care page for detailed information.

- For minor spills or accidents, promptly blot the area using a clean, damp white cloth. Gently rubbing is preferable over scrubbing.

- To thoroughly clean the bed, remove all the interior pillows from the cover. You can machine wash the pillows separately at 60 degrees.

- Tumble dry the pillows on low heat.

Where are your items produced?

Our products are proudly made in Europe. The inner pillows are produced by Wendre in Parnu, Estonia, while the covers are crafted by Velmard and Atto Collection in Tallinn, Estonia.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you don't love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must not be washed or damaged. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Will I be charged customs?

We ship the products from European Union. Within the European Union, all duties and taxes are displayed at checkout with no additional charges. For areas outside the European Union, you will be responsible for paying the duties and taxes imposed by your own country.

Do orders ship in pieces or altogether?

All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce emissions produced by shipping.

Can I combine orders?

All orders must be placed together. Due to high volume, we cannot combine multiple orders. Please place all orders together at once.

Can I modify an order once I've placed it

Due to our volume, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email hello@studiokanto.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why has someone recieved their order and I haven't?

Depending on where you live in Europe, some regions have faster shipping than others.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Will certain items be restocked?

Kanto releases limited-edition collections made from the most exciting designer deadstock textiles. As is the nature of deadstock, we cannot restock products using fabrics that are no longer in production.
